Compensation Benefits Incentives Retirement

First Command believes in partnering with its Advisors from the beginning of their career until their ultimate retirement. To that end, two non-exclusive options have been developed to assist you in planning for your days of leisure.

First, each Advisor is offered the opportunity to share in the overall performance of the company. You are able to enjoy how your hard work adds to the company’s bottom line through a profit-sharing mechanism known by its acronym "MAP".

Additionally, a generous deferred commission compensation program also allows the Advisor to invest a special annual commission in tax-deferred accounts.
