Our Philosophy
First
Command was founded in 1958 on a simple, yet
fundamental principle: helping
American families benefit from the potential
power of compounding on a consistent savings
and investment habit over time – even
if that savings and investment is done in
modest amounts. Five decades later,
First Command Financial Planning, Inc. remains
steadfast to this principle as it continues
to hold true for and successfully serve the
financial planning needs of nearly 300,000
client families across the globe.
Our business philosophy has
developed over that time and centers on five
key tenets:
- Integrity: We
remain committed to helping our
clients pursue long-term financial security
and success.
- Discipline: We
believe that financial success requires
careful planning and disciplined
execution over time.
- Value: We deliver financial
plans that are based on our client’s
individual values and realistic goals
as well as the proven financial products
and services of our business partners.
- Independence: We
will maintain our independence as
a firm – as our
independence is what enables us to ensure
that the needs of our clients do come
first and will always come first.
- Growth: We
will continually grow to offer our
services to more clients by attracting,
developing and retaining high quality
and highly ethical Financial
Advisors.
For
our clients, our employees and our independent Advisors,
we do not offer less than the best. Because we
value those qualities; First Command is firmly
committed to staffing our senior positions at a
corporate level by promoting those Advisors who
express a desire to take on a leadership role. It
is this desire to nurture and retain this wealth
of experience which drives our company each and
every day.
