Lacy Abbott
Lacy Abbott

Lacy Abbott is treasurer for the Package Brigade and became involved with the group in 2008. She delivers communications from the organization to First Command employees and coordinates "Jeans Days" in which employees donate money to the Package Brigade in exchange for the privilege to wear jeans to work. Lacy is a Human Resources Assistant at First Command and previously worked in an attorney's office. She holds a bachelor's degree in business management and is pursuing a master's degree in human resources management from Tarleton State University. She is a native of Sweetwater in West Texas and has lived in North Texas for six years. In her free time, Lacy enjoys riding horses, reading about American history and spending time with her family, friends, and her husband, Nathan, who also works for First Command.

Charles Little
Charles Little

Charles Little is a board member and became involved with the Package Brigade in 2007. He travels to schools in the local community to talk to students about his experiences in the military. Charles is a Business Risk Analyst at First Command, where he coordinates new products and companies into the company product portfolio. Previous to employment at First Command, he spent six years active duty in the Marine Corps. Upon returning to his native Fort Worth, he joined the Texas Army National Guard and is a squad leader in a Scout Platoon of an infantry unit. Charles deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2007 and participated in combat operations in Baghdad, Iraq. While serving in Iraq, he received numerous shipments and support from the Package Brigade. Charles used the items strategically with the local populace and credits the Package Brigade with integral success in that tour. He joined the Package Brigade's efforts after returning from Iraq.

Kenya Meyers
Kenya Meyers

Kenya Meyers is a board member and began working with the Package Brigade in 2003. Kenya helps the Package Brigade by shopping for items, packing boxes, maintaining a current name and address list of soldier recipients and completing the many customs forms that accompany each package. She is a Financial Planning Systems Applications Specialist at First Command. Kenya has called Granbury, Texas, home for more than 20 years. Kenya and her husband, Tim, also a First Command employee, have one daughter. Kenya enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family.

Trisha Obregon
Trisha Obregon

Trisha Obregon is the secretary and a board member and became involved with the Package Brigade in 2007 when she joined First Command as a Financial Plans Auditor. Trisha shops for items, helps pack boxes and completes customs forms for Package Brigade shipments, and has enlisted the help of her daughter's school for several shipments. She has spent her life in Tampa, Fla., and in Fort Worth. She and her husband, Johnny, who also works at First Command, have two daughters.

Adam Seibold
Adam Seibold

Adam Seibold is the vice president and board member for the Package Brigade. He joined the Package Brigade's efforts in August 2003, just a few months after the first shipment. He was born in Fort Worth, Texas, and has called it home ever since, except during a two-year mission for his church when he lived in Ventura, Calif. Adam is an Operations Manager at First Command, where he oversees the company's financial planning software tool. Previously, Adam was a Financial Plans Auditor for First Command. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing. When he's not busy with the Package Brigade or at work, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and family, reading, watching and playing sports, hunting, fishing and do-it-yourself projects.

Tom Rollins
Tom Rollins

Tom Rollins serves as president and became involved with the Package Brigade at its start by assisting Vicky Rollins, founder of the Package Brigade and his wife, with the first shipment of packages to Iraq. After 27 years in the Air Force, Tom recognized the importance of receiving packages when deployed – Vicky had sent him packages a number of times over the years. Today, he helps Vicky and the Package Brigade with a number of tasks, including helping with each packing event. Tom grew up in Kansas before joining the Air Force and traveling across the globe. He's called North Texas home since 2001, and is a Registered Principal at First Command. He spends a good deal of "free time" preparing for upcoming Package Brigade shipments.

Vicky Rollins
Vicky Rollins

Vicky Rollins began the Package Brigade in 2003, when she wanted to send her brother, Bill, care packages while he was serving in Iraq. As the group's founder and board chairwoman, Vicky handles all aspects of getting packages to soldiers as part of her effort to say "thank you" for the sacrifices they make to protect our freedom. She coordinates volunteers, collects donations, gathers names and addresses of soldiers and maintains constant contact with donors, including area schools and local companies. Vicky has worked at First Command since 2001, where she is a Licensing Contract Specialist. She grew up in Kansas and married her husband, Tom, more than 40 years ago. Vicky and Tom settled in North Texas after traveling the world during Tom's career in the Air Force. They have two children and one granddaughter.
