Order Routing SEC Rule 606
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s rule SEC 606 requires all brokers/dealers that route equity orders and option securities make available a quarterly report that outlines their routing practices.
First Command Financial Planning, Inc. routes 100% of its SEC 606-covered securities to its clearing broker, Pershing LLC, for routing and execution. First Command Financial Planning, Inc. does not receive compensation for directing order flow to Pershing LLC. Pershing LLC receives compensation for directing a portion of the order flow. Pershing LLC may act as principal when an order is routed to its market making desk.
Quarterly reports are available at www.orderroutingdisclosure.com. Input First Command Financial Planning in the ‘Enter Broker-Dealer’s full name’ field.
