Corona Virus Bank Relief Program

First Command Bank relief program:

Loan assistance

We are offering 6-12 month single-pay loans to clients who qualify at a reduced rate. No monthly payments are required, and the principal and interest are due in a single payment at the end of the term. It’s our hope that this assistance will allow clients to bridge the financial gap until the disruptions are over. Disruptions may include furlough without pay, military families in limbo during PCS move, deployed troops returning home to empty refrigerators, and unexpected medical expenses for family members due to the virus.

Payment relief assistance

For eligible credit card and consumer loan clients, First Command Bank will offer deferments of monthly payments.

Penalty-free early CD withdrawals

First Command Bank will waive any bank-generated early withdrawal penalties for clients who need to redeem a First Command Bank Certificate of Deposit prior to its maturity.

Secured lines of credit

First Command Bank is ready to help eligible clients use their non-tax qualified mutual or managed fund as collateral for a reduced interest rate up to 12 months. Only interest payments are required monthly with flexibility to pay down the principal balance at any time.

Special handling of credit card accounts

First Command Bank’s Visa cardholders will be offered priority processing of application requests to increase credit limits and waive cash advance fees. For information on any of these special offers, you may contact your local First Command Financial Advisor, or contact First Command Bank directly at 1-888-763-7600 with our new expanded hours (7 a.m. to midnight CT Monday thru Friday, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. CT Saturday).
