SEC RULE 606

ORDER ROUTING

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s rule 606 requires that all brokers and dealers who route equity orders and option securities provide a quarterly report outlining their routing practices.

First Command Brokerage Services, Inc. routes 100% of its SEC 606-covered securities to its clearing broker, Pershing LLC, for routing and execution. First Command does not receive compensation for directing order flow to Pershing LLC. Pershing LLC receives compensation for directing a portion of the order flow. Pershing LLC may act as principal when an order is routed to its market making desk.

Quarterly reports are available at www.orderroutingdisclosure.com. Enter First Command in the ‘Enter Broker-Dealer’s full name’ field.
