While First Command is committed to enhancing the value of your accounts by keeping costs low, some fees are necessary to cover additional services.

1. We do not charge a fee for ATM transactions when a FCB Debit or ATM card is used at ATMs in the MoneyPass® or NYCE networks. When you use an ATM not owned by us, you may be charged a fee by the ATM operator/network. As a client benefit, First Command Bank refunds ATM Surcharge Fees up to $10.00 per statement cycle. Some ATM operators/networks do not identify these fees in the information they send to us and, as a result, we may not automatically refund the fee. If the refund is not processed, please contact us.
