From your First Command Bank Dashboard, go to the Profile menu on the top navigation bar. From the Profile page, select the edit link at the bottom of the desired field you’d like to update to change your contact details. Select Save to apply changes.
- From your First Command Bank Dashboard, go to the Profile menu in the top navigation bar.
- On the Profile page, locate the field you want to update and click the Edit link at the bottom of that section.
- Make your changes, then select “Save” to apply them.
To close your First Command Bank account, log in and select Messages from the side navigation menu. From the Messages page, send a request to close your account. To close an investment account, contact your Advisor or call 1-800-443-2104.
To add a joint account owner to your First Command Bank account, log in and select Messages from the side navigation menu. From there, send a request to add a joint account owner to receive a form to get started.
