First Command Financial Services - Bring Your Talent to First Command

About First Command

Throughout the 1950s, Air Force Lt. Col. Carroll Payne worked closely with the families of several crew members killed in a series of aircraft accidents. Saddened by the survivors’ financial struggles and determined to help other military families avoid a similar fate, he began laying the groundwork for the company that would grow to become First Command Financial Services. Today, almost 1,500 First Command Financial Advisors and corporate office employees are committed to helping service members, federal employees and their families get their financial lives squared away. So if you’re looking for a career that offers you the opportunity to make an important difference in people’s lives, First Command may be a good fit.

  • More than a Workplace
    • First Command’s beautiful corporate campus offers a number of amenities. Employees have access to a covered parking garage, on-site banking and concierge services, complete with daily lunch offerings from local vendors. We also give employees avenues to be involved at the office and in the community through our United Way campaign, Advisory Committee for Employees and Toastmasters. And our professionally staffed fitness center provides employees and their families the opportunities and means to improve their physical fitness through individual and group exercise, educational events and personal training.
