Joe is a rare human being who makes you feel better simply because you know him.
We absolutely LOVE Joe. He has the capacity to read personalities and soothe 40+ year tensions re: money with a rare manner that is genuine and kind. We have very little trust in systems and have been betrayed more times than we can count by people in positions that promised to be honest and worthy. Open wounds have bled all over Joe more than once in tearful, sometimes panicked, conversations. Vulnerability was met with compassion, patience and facts that clarified misinformation. When Joe told us of his transfer to another region it was as if a lifeline had been yanked.
