Common Personal Banking Questions

We currently have one branch, located at 1 FirstComm Plaza in Fort Worth, Texas. Our lobby hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Central Time.

Desktop:

Log in to OnCommand and click “Tools & Services,” then “Update Profile Information.” Next, click “Change Address and Phone Number” on the left side of the screen. Choose whether you want this information to be provided to First Command Financial Planning and your insurance/investment companies managed through First Command Financial Planning. Click “Next.” Edit the required fields with your new information and finish by clicking “Update.”

Users can also send a secure message through the “Messages” link at the top right corner.

Mobile:

Log in to your First Command mobile app and tap on the menu icon in the top right corner. Choose “Tools & Services,” then “Tools,” and choose “Update Profile Information.” Choose the “Change Address and Phone Number” option and then follow the instructions.

Users can also send a secure message by clicking “New Messages” and “Compose New.” Then input the information that needs to change.

Desktop:

To close an account, log in to OnCommand, select the “Messages” link in the top right corner, and send a request to close your account. Please be sure to include only the last four digits of the account you want to close.

Mobile:

Log in to your First Command mobile app to send a secure message. Once logged in, click “New Messages,” click “Compose New” and input your request. Please be sure to include only the last four digits of the account you want to close.

Desktop:

To add a joint account holder, log in to OnCommand and choose “Tools & Services.” Under the “Other Services” section choose “Add Joint Account Owner to Bank Account.” Fill out the required fields and click “Submit.”

Mobile:

Log in to your First Command mobile app and tap the menu icon at the top right corner. Choose “Tools & Services,” then “Other Services.” Next, choose “Add Joint Account Owner to Bank Account.” Fill out the required fields and tap “Submit.”
